TIMOTHY J. DORA, Principal
Mr. Dora holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance from the University of Colorado. Mr. Dora is the owner of Dora Hotel Company, a hotel development and management company.
Mr. Dora is a co-owner of Dora Brothers Hospitality Corporation, a hotel management and accounting company, Vision Building Company, a general contractor and construction management firm, plus McCormack Development, a commercial real-estate development company.
Mr. Dora is a managing partner/member or stockholder of one Comfort Suites hotel, two Candlewood Suites Hotels, one Comfort Inn & Suites Hotel, three Hilton Garden Inn hotels, one Holiday Inn Express Hotels, two Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites, two Hotel Indigo hotels, two Staybridge Suites hotels and two Independent hotels. Mr. Dora's properties have been recipients of numerous awards for quality and service excellence including the 2001 Developer of the Year Award from Hilton Hotels Corporation and the 2008 Developer of the Year Award from Intercontinental Hotels Group. He has been involved in the management, development and opening of over thirty hotels during his career in the hospitality industry.
He is the past President and Board Member of the Indiana Hotel & Lodging Association and has served on several hospitality related boards and committees. The American Hotel & Lodging Association has designated him as a Certified Hotel Administrator. He is the former Chairman of Premier Capital Corporation of Indianapolis, Indiana a Certified Development Corporation of the Small Business Administration.

CINDY WADDLE, Regional Manager
Ms. Waddle is a graduate of the University of Evansville, with a B.A. in Education specializing in Communications and English. She has been in the hospitality industry for 18 years and currently serves on the Columbus CVB Board of Directors, as well as serving as Secretary on the Executive Committee for the CVB. She is a member of the Women’s Giving Circle of Bartholomew County as well.
She has management experience in Food & Beverage, Sales & Catering, and Front Office Operations. She has managed hotels as well as extended stay facilities for Dora Hotel Company for the last 9 years and has been a Regional Manager for Dora properties for the last 7 years. Ms. Waddle has overseen two renovation projects within Dora and has been the lead operations manager in the opening of the first new-build Hotel Indigo within the brand.
As the manager of the Hotel Indigo, Columbus, the property has won the 2009 Newcomer Award, 2010 Torchbearer Award, and 2011 Torchbearer Award from Intercontinental Hotels Group. Ms. Waddle was awarded the title of General Manager of the Year for Hotel Indigo properties in 2011.

WENDY RAY, Regional Manager
An employee of Tim Dora’s for over 16 years and a hospitality professional of 22 years, Wendy Ray provides a wealth of experience in daily hotel operations, hotel construction, renovations, plus food and beverage knowledge. During her time with Dora Hotel Company and Dora Brothers Hospitality, Wendy has overseen the construction and opening of over 14 hotel properties including independent, extended-stay plus limited and full-service properties. During the design and construction phase, her goal has been to accommodate the needs of today’s hotel guest while ensuring on-time openings. Wendy has also maintained the role of General Manager and Regional General Manager of numerous hotels. Her focus has been to train new hotel staff as well as organize hotel procedures to guarantee guest satisfaction long into the future. This attention to detail has helped Dora Hotels gain a strong reputation of customer service that Wendy is proud to continue.

ASHLEY DORA, Regional Manager
Ashley Dora is a graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Ashley brings a wide range of hotel and catering experience to Dora Hotel Company. Ashley has management experience in Food & Beverage, Sales & Catering, and Front Office Operations. Prior to her Regional Manager position, Ashley worked as both General Manager and Director of Sales at the Inn at DePauw & Event Center. Prior to Dora Hotel Company, Ashley worked for Fairmont Hotels and Resorts at the Fairmont Heritage Place - Franz Klammer Lodge in Telluride, Colorado as a participant in their Leadership Development Program. Prior to working for Fairmont, Ashley served an extensive internship with Kimpton Hotels at the Hotel Palomar in Washington D.C. Ashley has worked with a number of brands including Hilton Garden Inn, Candlewood Suites, and Holiday Inn Express.

DARLENE LAMBERT, Revenue Manager
Darlene Lambert leads the hotel revenue management efforts for Dora Hotel Company. Through analyzing and forecasting demand she is responsible for developing an effective selling and marketing strategy for optimizing RevPAR. She started her career with Dora Brothers Hospitality in 1996. Since this time she has assumed the role of Front Office Manager for the Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown, Operations Manager for our Plainfield Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites, Group Sales Manager and Convention Sales Manager for our downtown Indianapolis locations, Revenue Manager for our Fishers Holiday Inn Express, Hotel Indigo and Hilton Garden Inn and has found her niche as Dora Hotel Company's current Revenue Manager for our Columbus, Terre Haute, Carmel and downtown Indianapolis locations. Her knowledge of front desk procedures, operations, and sales are an invaluable asset to our company and the ever important scope of revenue management.

CHRIS WOOSLEY, Corporate Controller
Ms. Woosley graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Indianapolis in 1998. She obtained her CPA license in 2000. Prior to joining Dora Hotel Co, she worked for 10 years in public accounting, employed by Arthur Andersen, LLP, LM Henderson & Co, and most recently with Katz, Sapper & Miller, LLP, specializing in the real estate industry while serving as a manager in the real estate practice group. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Indiana CPA Society, and the American Society of Women Accountants. She has been employed by Dora Hotel Company as the Corporate Controller since March 2010.

BETTY DECOCQ, Senior Accountant
Ms. DeCocq attended Ball State University before starting her career in Operations in the retail industry. In 1999 Betty began working for Arby's Corporation in the accounting department. She then transitioned into accounting in the hospitality industry in 2009 working for Dora Brothers Hospitality. Betty joined the Dora Hotel Company team in October 2011. Betty continues her education at Kaplan University in Indianapolis.

MICHAEL BAUER, Senior Accountant
Mr. Bauer graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Accounting as well as a B.S. in Management. Michael began his accounting career in 2008 at Wishard Hospital in Indianapolis. Michael then transitioned to the hospitality industry as a senior accountant at Dora Hotel Company in 2011.

TERESA SMITH, Accounting
Ms. Smith is a graduate of Ball State University with a B.A. in Geography specializing in Travel and Tourism and a minor in Business. Teresa has been in the hospitality business for 25 years, all of them working for the Dora Family. She began working at the Holiday Inn in Anderson in 1987 and performed duties including Night Audit, Guest Service Representative, and Bookkeeper. In 2007, she transferred to the Holiday Inn Express-Fishers where she was Front Office Manager. Shortly thereafter, she joined the staff at the corporate office of Dora Brothers Hospitality where she was an Administrative and Accounting Assistant. Teresa began working for Dora Hotel Company in March 2010 as an Accounting Assistant.
